How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. All you need to do is browse the categories on the left hand site find a Firework you like, click on the more information button then click buy. You can then choose the quantity, check the price, continue shopping or if your happy with you're selection you can proceed to the checkout. You will then be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details and your delivery address.

You will receive a confirmation of order email and your products will be on their way.

What methods can I use to pay?

Ghengis fireworks are happy to select the following payment methods. Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express.

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery prices are simple : If the Subtotal of your order amounts to less than £250 Delivery to UK Mainland will cost £15.

If you live in the Mainland UK and order over £250 worth of Fireworks then you will benefit from Ghengis Fireworks' FREE DELIVERY.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands will cost £25 and FREE DELIVERY on orders over £300.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery times to Mainland UK are Next Day. Scottish Highlands take 3-5 Working Days.

Do I need to open an account?

Ghengis Fireworks does not require and account to be opened to order products.

Is shopping on your website safe?

Ghengis fireworks uses SecureMerchant card processing to process all online orders, this means that all of your credit card details and personnal information is safe.

What if I want to cancel an order?

As we believe in fast delivery we require all customers who wish to cancel there order to do so within 12 hours.

What if I need to return an item?

If you wish to return an Item you must do so within 7 days from receiving your order. All products must be left in original packaging. The customer is required to pay the return shipping cost. We highly recommend Night Freight for delivery. We will not be held responsible for any returns that go missing in transit.
